My core values
I’ve spent the past fifteen years deepening my understanding of people and human diversity thanks to a variety of experiences abroad, both professional and personal. This is where the desire to build my coaching career was born. My goal as a coach is to help individuals find personal growth and development.
I consider this to be my next step forward, the point where my multifaceted professional life comes full circle.
After completing my PhD in Industrial Chemistry, I worked at an SME in the chemical sector, supporting the company in their expansion into foreign markets. This role allowed me to collaborate with professionals from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures. I spent the next seven years as an expat living across three different continents (North America, Australia, and Asia). This period led me to a fundamental realization: the need to combine all of my prior academic and professional experience with my acute interest in people and different cultures into a project that would support the complete self-actualization of those who decide to put their trust in me.
In every phase of my professional and personal life, my guiding principles have been the awareness of the people around me, the desire to understand them, and the joy of witnessing them enthusiastically take the initiative and embark on new paths.
Becoming a coach was therefore the natural evolution of my experiences, moving me towards an profoundly gratifying goal

By listening without judgment, the coachee feels at ease and is able to fully engage in self-reflection, bringing forth new realizations about the self, new intuitions, and new perspectives. In this way, the coachee feels free to explore fulfilling paths and solutions in both the professional and personal realms.
This is also combined with organizational ability, resilience, a sense of responsibility, and a natural proclivity for multicultural relations.
